Presentation & Poster Guidelines
ABSTRACT
Abstract submission is requested on or before: May 9, 2006.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Invited oral talks are to be 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Contributed oral talks are to be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Standard projection equipment will be available for presentation as follows:
- PC or MAC computer and projector
- Overhead projector
- Video and TV (multi-region and multi-format)
POSTERS
- Poster Boards will be provided in the Conference Room. The Posters should ideally be put up at the start of the Workshop and are expected to remain displayed until the end of the Workshop.
- Maximum Size: Height: 1.2 m (47") x Width: 90 cm (35")
- Please ensure that the poster is clearly readable from a distance of at least 3 m (120").
- Thumb-tacks for attaching the poster will be provided on-site.
- A Student Poster Competition is planned and the results will be announced at the banquet. The winning poster and the two runners-up will receive awards. See Student Matters for more information.

The Proceedings of the Workshop will be published after the event.
Note that page limits are: 12 pages for invited papers, 8 pages for contributed papers and 8 pages for poster papers.
