Upon receipt of this form you will be contacted via e-mail with instructions for submitting the required supporting documents. Your scholarship application is not considered complete until we have received all supporting documents.

For first consideration, applications must be submitted no later than May 15. Please note on your Registration Form (which must also be submitted by May 15) if you are asking to be considered for a scholarship. Scholarships are available in the form of flat rate stipends: $500 for attendees and up to $1500 for those presenting a paper/poster. Notification of scholarship support will be made as soon as possible after complete materials are received.
